EVHA Resident Information
The Echo Valley Homes Association was formed on November 30, 1971. The pool was constructed in 1973. The tennis courts and park were built in 1975.

Useful Information
Use of and alteration to properties within EVHA are governed by applicable city and state codes.
Annual Assessments- Assessments are $145.00 due by October 31 every year. These funds are used to pay for park/pool maintenance, improvement projects, trail management, and many other projects.

Pool Memberships- Seasonal memberships to the pool are available to residents of the neighborhood and are in addition to annual assessments. Click Here for more information.
City trash pickup is every Tuesday and Recycling pickup is every other Tuesday.
City free yard waste pickup is every Wednesday.
